En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, el sector alcanz\u00f3 <strong>unos ingresos de 941.000 millones de pesos mexicanos,<\/strong> un 19,2% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior, de acuerdo con el \u00faltimo Estudio de Venta Online 2026 publicado por la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Venta Online (AMVO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La velocidad de crecimiento del sector no pierde el rirmo que gener\u00f3 el boom del ecommerce post-pandemia. <strong>Desde 2021 hasta ahora, el crecimiento acumulado es del 21,7<\/strong>%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que M\u00e9xico se posiciona como<strong> el octavo mercado a nivel mundial en ventas online de retail<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, el ecommerce ya copa el 17,7% de las ventas minoristas en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tipo de retailer, los <em>pure players<\/em> (aquellos que s\u00f3lo operan en el canal digital) son los de mejor desempe\u00f1o, con un crecimiento del 23,7%, mientras que los que cuentan con <em>mix<\/em> entre tienda f\u00edsica y online (<em>brick &amp; click<\/em>), avanzaron un 14,9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQui\u00e9n compra en l\u00ednea en M\u00e9xico?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe analiza el perfil del consumidor mexicano de ecommerce. En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, se totalizaron <strong>77,2 millones de compradores en la Red <\/strong>que, en la evoluci\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos siete a\u00f1os, se traduce en el doble de consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con AMVO, <strong>el comprador digital es primordialmente millennial<\/strong>, con dinamismo en nuevas regiones que exigen experiencias con diferentes necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta ampliaci\u00f3n de perfil implica que las estrategias deben adaptarse a expectativas, necesidades y capacidades de compra m\u00e1s variadas, reforzando la importancia de propuestas accesibles, claras y relevantes para distintos segmentos. <strong>El 51% de los compradores online del \u00faltimo a\u00f1o fueron mujere<\/strong>s, frente al 49% de los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a las razones de compras online, la comodidad y facilidad de compra es la principal opci\u00f3n, seguida por la variedad y disponibilidad. El documento tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que el consumidor exige canales integrados, ya que 7 de cada 10 compradores digitales en M\u00e9xico ya vive la omnicanalidad como h\u00e1bito natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipos de compra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, el comprador mexicano ha mostrado mayor interacci\u00f3n con categor\u00edas de nicho, <strong>destacando las ventas de productos para mascotas y refacciones<\/strong>. La moda, sin embargo, fue la categor\u00eda que peor evoluci\u00f3n tuvo en el canal online en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, con una ca\u00edda del 59% de su facturaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la hora de elegir el m\u00e9todo de entrega de las compras online, los mexicanos demostraron seguir teniendo mayor preferencia por el env\u00edo a domicilio. Sin embargo, en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, la recolecci\u00f3n en tienda y el env\u00edo a la oficina o trabajo ganaron peso. &nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el
