El grupo mexicano de alimentos y bebidas, que se encuentra en un proceso de orden de su portafolio de marcas, anuncia que cede la operaci\u00f3n del negocio de Helados Nestl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda firm\u00f3 un acuerdo con Froneri, que pasar\u00e1 a operar la franquicia de helados del gigante franc\u00e9s de la alimentaci\u00f3n. La operaci\u00f3n se concreta unos meses despu\u00e9s de que Herdez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justretail.news\/latam\/noticias\/grupo-herdez-completa-la-venta-del-25-de-mccormick-por-750-millones-de-dolares\/\">venta una parte de su propiedad de McCormick<\/a> y de la escisi\u00f3n de Grupo Nutrisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte del nuevo acuerdo, <strong>cada empresa tendr\u00e1 una participaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del 50<\/strong>% y se pondr\u00e1n como objetivo impulsado el crecimiento de la venta de estos productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con todo, Herdez busca mejorar su eficiencia operativa, ya que con la venta de Helados Nestl\u00e9 podr\u00e1 reducir gastos. El rubro de helados represent\u00f3 el 24,1% de las ventas totales del grupo durante el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La alianza entre Herdez y Nestl\u00e9 data desde 2015<\/strong>, cuando el grupo mexicano comenz\u00f3 a operar marcas como Helados Nestl\u00e9,\u00a0H\u00e4agen-Dazs,\u00a0Mega\u00a0y\u00a0Carlos V. <strong>Froneri, por su parte, es una empresa global de helados que naci\u00f3 en 2016 como una alianza entre Nestl\u00e9 y PAI Partners<\/strong>. Su presencia se extiende a m\u00e1s de 25 mercados con ingresos superiores a los 5.000 millones de euros anuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cierre del \u00faltimo ejercicio anual, Herdez registr\u00f3 unos ingresos de 36.950 millones de pesos mexicanos, un 1,23% menos que el a\u00f1o anterior.Con 110 a\u00f1os de trayectoria, el grupo mexicano opera con&nbsp;<strong>marcas como Barilla, Do\u00f1a
