La compa\u00f1\u00eda identifica en la regi\u00f3n, y especialmente en M\u00e9xico, uno de sus principales motores de expansi\u00f3n a corto y medio plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEstamos enfocados en seguir creciendo en mercados clave como lo es Latinoam\u00e9rica\u201d, afirma Alex Botelho, director de expansi\u00f3n para las Am\u00e9ricas de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, en entrevista exclusiva. Este potencial se traduce en ambici\u00f3n: \u201cVemos una enorme posibilidad de <strong>duplicar nuestra presencia en M\u00e9xico en el corto plazo<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La importancia del modelo dual<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los pilares de esta expansi\u00f3n es el modelo de marca dual, un <strong>formato que comenz\u00f3 a desarrollarse tras la pandemia<\/strong> y que hoy se posiciona como una de las principales palancas de crecimiento del grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNuestro concepto de marca dual apenas est\u00e1 comenzando a escalar. Eso por s\u00ed solo es muy poderoso\u201d, afirma Botelho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ello se suman eficiencias operativas: \u201cCuando se agregan las operaciones compartidas en cocina, las eficiencias de personal y los costos asociados, generalmente se obtiene un mayor ingreso total y una mejora en la rentabilidad general\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9rminos de experiencia, el grupo ha trabajado en <strong>un concepto integrado que evita la fragmentaci\u00f3n entre marcas<\/strong>. \u201cDesde el exterior hasta el interior, los clientes reconocen la presencia de IHOP y Applebee\u2019s sin una separaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica entre ambas\u201d, explica Botelho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La diferenciaci\u00f3n se construye a trav\u00e9s de elementos visuales y de ambiente<\/strong>, mientras que el men\u00fa unificado permite al consumidor acceder a toda la oferta en una sola experiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La expansi\u00f3n en Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de M\u00e9xico, la compa\u00f1\u00eda tambi\u00e9n sigue avanzando en otros mercados de Latinoam\u00e9rica. \u201c<strong>Estamos ganando una fuerte tracci\u00f3n en Centroam\u00e9rica y el Caribe<\/strong>\u201d, se\u00f1ala el ejecutivo, destacando <strong>aperturas recientes en Honduras y el lanzamiento del primer formato dual en Costa Rica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" M\u00e9xico\u2014 es 100% franquiciado\u201d, subraya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cara a 2026, <strong>Dine Brands continuar\u00e1 buscando socios para expandir este formato en la regi\u00f3n<\/strong>, tanto entre operadores actuales como nuevos franquiciatarios. \u201cVemos un fuerte impulso por parte de franquiciatarios actuales, pero tambi\u00e9n existen territorios disponibles donde estamos buscando activamente nuevos socios\u201d, explica Botelho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con una cartera de desarrollo en expansi\u00f3n y el respaldo de un modelo operativo optimizado, la compa\u00f1\u00eda prev\u00e9 <strong>seguir ampliando su huella en la regi\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os<\/strong>. \u201cCreemos que tenemos el potencial para
