HIP2021 acogerá un año más el Foodservice Robotics Pioneers, el primer congreso mundial que acerca la automatización y la robótica a la hostelería y que se enmarca en el movimiento food robolution.
En este contexto, la próxima edición de HIP 2021, que se celebrará en Ifema (Madrid) durante los días 22, 23 y 24 de marzo, acogerá un año más varias sesiones dedicadas al Delivery y Food on Demand en el Hospitality 4.0 Congress.
